I wonder what your opinion is with the Ubuntu pfp /s
Linux: Open source basically all the way
Mac: Closed source basically all the way (same with iOS)
Windows: A mix between both (same with Android)
Open source: Gamble on the quality sometimes, a lewrning experience to see and analyze the source, gives more control to the individual to change the software to their liking under the relaxed licenses.
Closed source: More often than not very good quality, more following what the developers had in mind with no source or ability to modify the program available.
And I’m on the Apple platform so you know what that means...
