What shuld I learn first HTML or Python?

It's depends. What for? If it's for web - HTML.

HTML if you want to create your own website of edit website. Python if you want to create cool apps and games. I would recommend Python because it a fun language to start with, perfect for beginners and it's widely used in the real world (so is HTML). Also, just the reminder that HTML is NOT a programming language, HTML is a markup language and Python is a programming language.
