I want to create a visitor check-in/student sign out system that sends emails to hosts when visitors arrive, scans QR code’s, and sets regulations for who can and cannot sign out. I want to develop it myself on my free time, but I want to learn the proper coding first.
Is it possible to create a personal app for an Apple device without requiring submission to the App Store, spending money, or other restrictions that may come up?
