Which version of c should I learn next?

I've done most of c basic c command concerning files and functions...given the extra time I have now I wanted to start another version of c but I'm lost as to whether to choose c++ or CSS. I'm still a novice and it's my first time learning code on my own so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for reading 😊💜

CSS is actually completely unrelated to C, it is a scripting language that works in combination with HTML and is used to style websites.
If you want to build on your C knowledge, I would suggest C++ as the way to go.
