If it's about Android SDK, they have their own functional guide on their website. AFAIK, you'll need XML instead of HTML, but I may be wrong since I'm also in the process of learning =^=

using Android sdk u can do it.... if you really want to learn app making on iOS and Android then u should try.. the udacity app... it's very easy to learn how to make an app...here it's link.....
