Which is the best Language for creating an app from scratch and keeping in Play store?

Well, it depends on your needs and skills. I love the way using Java in development it's a very good language to make your app or you can learn Kotlin to do that.
I really want to learn Flutter after mastering my android development. Flutter is made of dart and it's a cross platform for Android and IOS to build the same app for both.
What i mean is that they all will work for Google Play or any market their but it's the way you choose your best language to build and maintain your app!
