Do you recommend which language is the best way to start learning programming?

C , cpp or python, you can choose in between these three , but my preference is to c because it just create a base for all other programming languages and helps in understanding how all this work in very simple way ........

Depends on what they want to do If they want to make websites go with HTML if they want to make video games go with c++
