Computer education through mobile phones?

Question

I want to continue my self-education in IT and computer science so bad- but I don't, and won't for a while, have access to a computer/laptop. Only mobile. Being an auditory learner is really helpful honestly- but this field of knowledge does require a lot of hands-on learning as well.
My education has gotten to the point where videos and courses are helpful, but I have a need to finally start doing things now. There probably is a very obvious solution, and this isn't a very intelligent post, but I just am so frustrated.
Does anyone know any mobile resources that could help? Or something that could help with an obstacle like this?
This app and community are both already very helpful and progressive.
