Should I buy a Macbook to develop iOS apps or can I use windows efficiently?
Is it worth it to rent a Mac online and how much is the cheapest it would cost? Is it slow or fast?

As the swift tutorial said. You may need a MacOS device to work on iOS apps. Anyway, you can just install MacOS through Hacksintosh or set up a MacOS Virtual Machine if you're not good at boot stuff. These may save you a lot of money
