Which is the fastest language to learn to find a job with programming?

I currently am learning html CSS and JavaScript and am pretty stuck with my calculator as first program and I am thinking maybe other languages is easier to get a job in office or something or I should continue CSS JavaScript and html

Well I want to learn something the easiest to find a job by computer which is not too hard and I have no idea what is like any programmer job, and web designer is not what I am aiming more like software developer and app developer
I have been reading that I shouldn't learn C or java in 2020 because they too old? and I have litle bit started python 3 but don't know what's that for
