And in general all the computer science sutends they begin with c because it is considered as the mother of the programming languages(the oldest one after b)
C language is little bit hard than the python in terms of writing code's syntax

There is many use of these language. Every languages have own beauty. But in this era Python is important bcoz it offers you to simplicity , powerful, strong security.

Python is better, mostly because of its libraries it is better than most of the languages out there. But we shouldn't forget that most modern OS are written in C, compilers/interpreters for modern high-level languages are also written in C. Python is not an exception - its most popular/"traditional" implementation is called CPython and is written in C. But C is not as famous as Python, Java, JS, ... now a days so if you want to learn one of these languages manly for programming I think you should try python.

When I started learning programming (20 years ago!) I was forced to learn the C language and I completely understand the reason. C is one of the most complex programming languages in existence. It is also extremely powerful, there's virtually nothing C can't do. So if you properly learn it, then learning other languages is piece of cake. But nowadays I would not recommend it, at least not for beginners. There are so many options that are more suitable for learning the concepts behind programming without being overwhelmed by the complexity of one particular language. And Python is certainly one of the most straightforward programming languages out there. If you're starting to learn programming, then Python is your best choice.
