yes, true learn HTML/CSS first because JS work with it.
start by read and understand JS lessons avaible on SoloLearn
try to make small exercices of what you have learned, and training, repeat many time
look small code (hot today section) and try to do something similar but don't just copy it !
unfortunately, there is no JS code coach now (maybe coming soon...)
