This is a known problem or limitation for all iranians.
we have this problem with all iranian ip. because we cannot use paying methods offered in google play services and we are restricted.
there are no problems with the app and its our ip.
You need to trun on the vpn and then clear cache and clear data google play and sololearn then now log in to your account and test it.

yeah, I too face this kind of problem,the problem comes when the sololearn app is outdated, or not updated, After i updated then the problem Resolved for me, Check for updates it will help you.
