Yes but to be a good web developer you should choose between -full stack, fronted or backend- From there you can choose better frameworks like react, vue, angular for front end. Php, django, node js, and some Databases. You would have to search on what you what to build.

No, it is a great start, but it is just the tip of the iceberg. Take look at link below, it is a developer's roadmap created by Kamran Ahmed. https://github.com/kamranahmedse/developer-roadmap/blob/master/README.md https://www.w3schools.com/whatis/default.asp

Yes, for the basic it's okay. But You have to continue learn. There are many frame works in web developments.

That's kinda like asking "can I become a world-renowned author by learning the alphabet" (okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but hopefully you get the point). In other words, while you definitely need the alphabet to write stuff - and you definitely need HTML+CSS+JS to write web apps, there's a lot more you'll need before you can effectively be a web dev.

As a beginner, that's all u need but I don't think u want to be a beginner forever so you can learn more like jquery for easier front-end scripting, php for server-side code, sql for working with database, sass for easier styling, seo for better html and for earning some cash from ur site, git for source control. The list is endless
