Adobe Air in Android Studio

You guys might know that when you create an Air Android Application you need to publish/build it via Adobe Flash Software which automatically adds the adobe Air Library to your App, so I was curious that is there anyway you can manually add the Adobe Air package to your App via Android Studio without using Adobe Flash?
