Yes but go for C++ not python.
For game development I don't recognize any language which can beat C++ speed.
However it will take time to master it.

Yup u can!!!
For the very beginning I think u should use graphics.h library for the purpose.
And remember graphics.h is not a standard library in C++.
If u have turbo c++ then it is present there 😅

But if u are on Some other IDE like DevC++, you have to setup it.
