When the challenges end in a draw?

Question

How many xp do I earn.
Often at begining of a challenge, the message says the winner gets 32 px. But the irony is that when I win the challenge I only do get 5 or 6 xp only. Please throw some light on this topic. I also want to earn maximum xp please guide me what are the ways and means to increase my xp.
Further I state that English is not my mother tongue or native language, If my draft is grammatcally incorrect plese ignore this. And also you have full right to point out and correct me.
