Hey, I want to create Minecraft plugins.
How do I do that?
Do I need to learn the java?
And, I saw in someone's question that PHP is needed too.
I want to create spigot plugins.
How do I do that?
Can I learn it on sololearn?

It´s mainly Java. And, of course, you need to read Spigot´s documentation to be able to use it.
