do you have problem with select and copy content any where such as code and learning content?

I can not select and copy content in learning section or code.

When did the problem start? Do you have alternative keyboard app? does it work with the alternative keyboard app? Did you try the common steps to clear cache, restart app or phone? So this only happens with SoloLearn app or any other app also misbehaving?

A long press and then dragging it should do the job. What is the problem that you are facing apart from this?

Never had a problem copy/pasting codes, are you referring to the lessons? because I don't do a lot copying on the lesson.

dear lpang: 1. I can not answer exactly when the problem is start but my version is last. 2. Other apps on my cellphone is OK and there is not this problem. 3. I clear catch and data for SoloLearn but the problem is not solve. (the problem is there here and now I can not copy my answer to you before I will send it)

Sorry about that, I just needed to confirm a few things. If you are using latest version then I *presume* the problem came with the update, in which case your best bet would be to consult SoloLearn directly through e-mail [email protected] May you find a solution 🙏

Did you try uninstall and reinstall? I use a different keyboard app I don't think its the issue here. Hope you get response from solo team soon.
