Definition of a class

I was doing a c++ exercise and i ran into a task which said “define a public definition of a class for exception objects with name HourTooBig” and honestly I couldn’t figure out what they meant by a definition of a class and exception

thats not my question they asked me to define this definition of a class INSIDE the class itself which is called class Clock
