Freight Exchange loadboard plugin for wordpress

Question

I need a module (plugin) for Wordpress to add freight exchange feature to the website.
I need that registered users can post their freight/truck to website.
The information can be seen only partial to non -registered users and full for members.
I need some pricing plans for members, forum, members alerts, google maps for trucks and freights.

Do you think that is that possible?
