Should I start learning c#???

I want to do internet of things an apps (I will learn Java )
But c# Works as well...so Its good to learn
C# as FIRST language???

It's up to you
But choose one of them, and be professional in that way, by the elapsed of the time because of your limits in the first language you would learn some o others

Both are same(Actually not), it's really harder to choose on of them specifically for me. But for iot java is most popular but c# is also worth idea. You can choose with which you are comfortable with.
