Hello..Im new programmer and want to learn PHP...can anyone tell me if I have to learn any other prog language or any other tip?

Knowing html syntax will help you understand php a lot.

personally I studied front end first, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and only recently started PHP which is server side. Learning JavaScript first certainly helped me pick up PHP a bit quicker, but I guess it depends on why your learning it and what your goal is.
