(Off topic)can i use the information of any public transport service in my website without including its name ?

without including the name of the transport service (buses )so that I don't face any legal issues .Is it a legal way for doing it or shoud I ask the permission form them

In my city (Vienna) the public transport sector is part of an open data initiative and you can grab realtime data of metro and bus lines for free which is pretty cool.
But I also remember that Google was sued by the city of Vienna a few years ago for showing realtime public transport data on Google Maps so who knows.
I don't see why what you are doing would be illegal but it probably depends on your country and it's best to drop them an e-mail if you are unsure.
(It probably doesn't matter if you don't make any money off your site, but I am not a lawyer, don't take my advice, etc.)
