I don't know anything about js but I will advice you not to get a lot of materials and video tutorials on angular, just get one material follow it and build something with it, that's the way I think you can learn angular
Follow the step by step tutorial in angular.io, you'll learn the basics of the framework. Then you have to practice, create sandbox or real projects and confront yourself to issues ... you'll see that most of them are already solved by the large community on stackoverflow...
I learnt the basis on W3C, it seems simple and efficient to me. As I only know the basis, I can't tell if it is complete enough, but it was enough for me to get started on a big project
Zabith Mohammed angular 8 means angular Js 8, the 8 means its version. So angular Js is the framework regardless of its version while angular 8 is the version 8 of the framework
