Start taking some of the courses here. I would recommend Python, any flavor of the C programming language(C, C++, or C#), and perhaps Javascript or Ruby to start out. Practice with what you learned, and create practical programs to help you remember what you've learned. Once you start attending, say, high school, or college, search for courses like Computer Science to help you learn more.
