At which bases we get XP in a challenge??

By comparison of the xp the players have only in the language they're fighting in.
So if you're level 8 and I'm level 16, but you got a lot more points in Java than me, then while we're doing a Java challenge you'll be counted as stronger, which means that you get few points if you win and lose many points if you lose.
