It depends on your taste, anyway, here are some great text editors: - Notepad++ (High performance) - Atom (by Github) - Visual Studio Code (by Microsoft) - Sublime Text (High performance)

I use Eclipse with Plugins from the Marketplace, partly also because I've been using Eclipse for other programming languages - it definitely is a great program, though. Sublime and NetBeans for example are good, too. There is no "best" program, you just have to test a few and see which one you personally like best. :)

Depends on your preferances. Try Visual Studio Code, Notepad++ and Sublime and choose which seems the best for you.

Sublime is wicked fast and very lean...Atom is a good choice as well but is a little slow as compared to Sublime.. Brackets is a wonderful text editor by Adobe ...it supports extention for real time update in the webpage. My advice to you is if u r a beginner like me , use a text editor with minimal features like notepad so that u learn the tags and once u have learned it move to more advanced editors , Good luck mate !!!

Sublime & Visual Studio Code are my favorite. I like dark editors. Don't search to the best, search what you like to use. There are some poeple and they still Programming C++ with Dev-Cpp.
