i learnt all the theoretical things but can't code like pro..

like in cpp i forget everything when it comes to write a code.. although i know everything thoroughly.. its so frustrating guys...

It can only come with practice: You need to write code with your own hands.
Look for a rewarding project; plan for yourself how you wanna tackle it; break it down in simple parts; code everything; test and debug until it runs smoothly.
With every finished project you'll become a bit more of a real coder.

You should browse through the tasks in 'Code Coach' and 'Coding Challenges' - there will definitely some easy problems you'll be able to solve.
Most of the easy problems can be done with just a few lines of code.

Make a small program for EACH concept you learn... I do this and so far I have forgotten nothing.

although i can't find any good platform online to practice it.. sololearn has but it's quite hard to solve these.. can you suggest me some practice platform to begin with scratch..
