Do Sololearn pro account is awarded to some sololearners by seeing their skills rate & influencing levels ???

And today I found that , many people have SoloLearn pro account at the same time .
I wonder did SoloLearn awarded for them or not ?? :)

There was a competition: The 100 first people who solved all the free 'code coach' tasks were awarded pro for a year.
