How do I write a code for a robot using pseudocode, flowchart and English like expression

I am a fresh student of computer science in a polytechnic. We were given an assignment and we are yet to be taught explicitly these algorithms but now they want us to write a code for a robot to go into the library and bring back a book for us to read. Can anybody help me on that please. God bless you
