To become an expert is never easy. There is NO shortcut.
The problem in the world today is people want to get to their goal with minimal time and effort.
That's not the attitude of an expert, but rather a vanity laced pursuit to a job title with some skills picked up along the way.
Forget about being an expert. That takes years immersed in your field.
In comparison, what you learn over time might make you more knowledgeable than your peers and you may seem an expert, but that is all.
Being a true expert comes after many years when you can accomplish your tasks near flawlessly. I say "near flawlessly", because technology grows over the years too.
The true expert keeps up with these changes too.
