In theory, could someone learn C in half a year

Question

Assuming that the individual spent 30 minutes everyday to learning C on SoloLearn, and made a habbit to repeat the same lesson untill they undersood everything(Also assume they are a very slow learner)in theory, could one learn C inside of 6 months, or is that impossible.

10,000 hours is equal to 1.14 years(I had to look that up on Google), so if one is effectively spending 90 hours(Prepare to see why mathematics is my weakest skill, and is dramatically pitiful) in a 6 month period means to clock 10,000 hours is 56 years, so 26(My current Age)+56=82 years old before I have mastered C, That doesnt work for me, and even spending an hour I'll be 56 by the time I master C. And this is one part of the reason why I never stick to learning something all the way through, because it takes far too long to master something, My calculations would suggest doing 2 hours of learning every day, but quite frankly, I cannot devote a whole 2 hours, my attention span barely gets me through doing 30 minutes on whatever it is I am focusing on.

you don't need to fully master a language.
if let's say you're not going to use C for GUIs then don't learn them.
there's much better alternatives than that.
i think you mean learning the language itself and the concepts of C instead of specialized fields such as embedded C and such.
learning the basics of C is much easier than other languages
because they didn't need a lot of keywords/functions to remember unlike java. the only obstacle i see is the low level concepts of C you need to learn.
i mastered the basics of C in just 2 months and its completely worth it to understand C before i learn other languages.

so, if I wanna create Doom mods or create new games using Doom's engine(Doom was created in C), would I HAVE to master C entirely.
