Web. Actually some guy referred me to start learning Embarcadero so i Just want to be sure if it's gonna be helpful or not, Since im a beginner

Masingita Abel The top section is where you place the question. The part below the tags is where you place a description. What kind of apps do you plan to make? Which platform would the app be for? Mobile? PC? What exactly do you mean by "platform"? A development environment? A website?
