Learn your low level languages (assembly, c, c++, etc) along with web languages (Javascript(Node.js), SQL and other databases, .NET, JSP, Python, etc) very well. Learn about Cryptography/Encryption, Rainbow tables, dictionary tables, brute forcing, memory, buffers, and of course reverse engineering software etc. Without theses skills, or at least a decent understanding of how they work, you'll most likely find it difficult to understand. You'll need to get proficient at using the software tools that are used in the process of hacking and understand (to some degree) what they are doing behind the scenes. There are a few courses on sites like Udemy.com on the subject. I've also seen them on TNW. You can also search for Ethical Hacking or White Hat hacking and probably get some results. It's a lot of studying and reading, testing, trial and error. If you're passionate about making this what you do, I'm sure you'll succeed. I hear it can pay pretty well too! Good luck.
