Blank screen in localhost

Guys, I was testing my project in MySQL localhost db but all I got is a blank page. No errors, just blank. Any suggestions please

Please be more specific, what were you trying to acheive.. what server were you using,

I'm using Xampp server and it kinda can't connect to db and doesn't show errors. I recently changed the Apache port to 8080 coz port 8000 couldn't connect and was showing errors. Any more clarification needed?
