How may I solve the problem?🤔

Hello there, I just started to learn PHP and Installed Ubuntu Gnome on Hyper-V... when I installed Nginx everything worked okay and I saw phpinfo().php by my phone (coz it is in the same Wi-Fi network) so, when I installed MySQL and configured it by tutorials it removed connecting by remotely and I can't see my phpinfo().php by my phone.. how can I see it again?

P.s. to solve it I searched on the internet and tried but it did not work, help me, please...

Coz there r some ppl told me it will be benefit if u will learn it how it works and u hv to learn everything that is y ... and for this shiiit I spend over than week 😬
