HTML image. Audio. And video. Upload

Question

I don't seem to be able upload videos audios and images on HTML sheets, even after following all the procedures, I don't still understand what's going wrong.
Procedures:
1.Open the image tag,
2.Open a source attribute,(containing the name of the file to be inserted or uploaded)
3.And finally opening an ALT tag occupying additional info of needed)
I'm actually on level five and still facing this problem.
Pls I really need help on this ASAP
And I make use of my phone for this solo learn progress for both learning and coding I hope that's not the reason for this problem
Pls can someone make this clear for me ASAP

if it can't upload videos audio and images, try uploading them to a media site and src the link to them online. hope this helps
