Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Java/Kotlin for Android? Why not writing only one version in React Native?
I use React Native for this purpose. It is very popular, easy to understand and use.
Yes, you can use. You can use ReactNative for developing iOS and Android Apps.
For IDE I cant say anything but I had seen most of the people are using visual Studio.
You could also use Adobe PhoneGap or Apache Codova
React Native is Best for now.. But in coming future you'll have a better option "Flutter"...😉
