Every time i win a challenge i get 6 or 7 XP and when ever I lose a challenge - 28XP or - 32XP is deducted from my XP why???

The distance between your and your opponents XP on the language affects the XP you can win or lose.

Normally, If your XP on a language is greater than your opponent's XP and if you lose a challenge, you will lose 32 XP(minus 1XP for each correct answer) and get 1 XP(plus 1 XP for each correct answer) if you win. If the match is draw, both of you will get 1 XP for each correct answer.
If your opponent has higher XP than yours on any language that you play challange on, if you win a challenge, you'll get 32 XP (plus 1xp for every correct answer) and if you lose, you'll lose 1 XP but get rewarded 1 XP for every correct answer.

But the XP i win and lose has to be equal when i am competing with the same person. But its not.
Thats what confuses me 😕
