Installing OpenCV in python 3.7.5

Question

I always get stuck when installing opencv in python , how to fix it ?
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement opencv-python (from versions: none)
i was try
pip install opencv-contrib-python
pip3 install opencv-python
pip install opencv-python
it still erorr , i dont have idea how to fix it
