If you already know CSS it's very easy to learn CSS3. Even if you don't know CSS it's not that hard to learn there are several websites like w3schools and Mozilla Developer Network also there's a lot of helpful videos tutorials on YouTube for CSS and CSS3. Last but not least, you're already on a great platform that you can use to learn CSSS, so I suggest that you just dive into it.
