Which backend technology do you prefer?

Hello everyone. I am currently developing web apps for my company and have been using PHP so far. We have recently switched to Node.js as backend technology and Vue.js for the frontend. Has anyone here already used the Laravel Framework for building APIs (and maybe also the frontend)? What are your experiences?

You could also use Ruby on rails or python Django.
