add pics on js dom manipulation

Question

ok , I know that this might be or should be common knowledge, however. I copied this code from git hub, and I know the images are saved in git hub, how would I get the raw link. https://github.com/kevin578/javascript-quiz/blob/master/img/meh.jI peg
the way the code is set up the link are in a var
the question is do I put href on the var, or do put the href on html5
I know that I could eventually figure It out In a couple of hours or weeks.
