Please be more descriptive with your question. "Make an app" is a rather broad question with no specification as to what type of app you're planning to make.
Also avoid writing sentence such as "for my group" into the Relevant Tags section. Tags are search terms used by search feature for doing its work. Presence of words irrelevant to the question topic makes the search functionality miserable.
