What is the least hardware for programming?

Hardware like CPU, Ram, Graphics,Cash etc. Sorry for bad syntax:)

Any standard pc or laptop is good for programming for more advance like machine learning you need matlab, ocatave software those softwares needs Graphics card minimum 2GB and 4GB RAM

Try to type it on google... Anyway for programming "good" you need a good processor(for example: i5/i7) ,RAM 8gb is good or more quadcore at least, HDD 1TB or SSD 512gb, graphics is not so important for programming
