how are proxies and virtual private proxies created ?

Hi guys, I was wondering if I could use my programming skills to create proxies or virtual private networks and sell them !?

Creating a proxy is more complicated than it seems. You should have a extend knowlage of internet and network system and how to deceive networks, get information and redirection. It is possible but it is an hard one. I hope I was able to answer your question
