Visit the website linked in search result, and see whether if you like the teaching method, if the materials were properly designed to be understood easily enough (important), and whether if there's the advanced materials for you, once you got passed the basics.

From my point of view, the tutorial is the very basic you can learn. What i have done is to install sqlite studio on a Windows PC, a free app which is available for Windows, Linux and MacOSX. I have created tables and now it's possible to train all kinds of sqlite statements as input - and than see the result instantly. So no other programming language is needed for that. I am sure that there are some more apps that can do the same thing for other SQL products.
