Python screen size?

i dont know if this is the best place to ask but i got this far thanks to solo learn I've used code to get the system screen size and width but its not accurate if the disply is zoomed. if display is 1000x500 (example) and screen is 150% then its actually 1.5x less in screen size, is there a way i can please figure this out in Python? im looking for a ease fast and sinple way (please in python or any other language really, i can always write it to a text file and pull the result in Python) thank you all soo muchhh
