Try to learn both if u can, if will take some time but will be worth it :)

It's up to you. But remember, like Minerals2016 said, "try to learn both if you can", because you will use Css to add "Style " to your Hmtl (where is the main composition of your project) .
Look at it this way:
Html => 🌆 (structure of a building)
Css => 🏢 (Design)
